Instructions
  1. In a ziploc bag, add chicken and Teriyaki Marinade sauce. Mix together to coat. Place in refrigerator for 1 hour.
  2. Take 12 uncooked frozen jumbo shrimp and thaw in a colander under cold water and then pop off tails.
  3. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. On a cutting board take 6 slices of bacon and cut in half.
  4. On a foil lined baking pan, place twelve pieces of bacon. Top with shrimp then a cube of chicken. Wrap bacon around shrimp and chicken and place seam side down.
  5. Place in the oven and bake for 12 minutes. Flip pieces over and cook for additional 10 minutes or until bacon is getting done.
  6. Take pan out of the oven and turn broiler on high.
  7. Brush BBQ sauce on one side and place under broiler for 2 minutes. Flip over and brush the other side and broil for 2 minutes.
  8. Serve with fried onion rings or sweet potato fries.
Recipe Notes
  1. I buy the large bag of uncooked jumbo shrimp at Sam’s Club. You can use as many shrimp as you want and make the necessary adjustments for chicken, bacon, and other ingredients.
  2. Sweet potato fries are so good and the Alexia brand at WalMart is the best I’ve found.
  3. These little bundles won’t last long; they are that good.
