The winter season is often the time of year that we experience sadness, discontent, and changing moods. It’s difficult to pin point why our emotions shift, but it could be because the days are shorter, our time inside increases and eating habits take a nose dive. It’s a period of struggle for many, but it doesn’t have to be that way.
As you make your way through 2016 choose to focus on the positives, keep your body moving with exercise, be an encouragement to others, and eat healthy. And most importantly, prayerfully give God your cares and concerns. He has you covered.
